Your Role:
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage phone calls and emails with grace
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPPA compliance
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure smooth operations
