We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and maintain the salon's appointment book
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Check clients in and out, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments using the POS system
- Provide information on salon services and products
- Assist stylists with client consultations and service recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock salon supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Proficiency in using a cash register or POS system
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.86 - $25.00 per hour
