Job Coordinator

All County Surveying, Inc. (ACS) is currently seeking a proven leader in the role of Job Coordinatorin our Temple, Texas headquarters.

This role involves working in a team environment as the point of contact for existing and new clients in all industry types who utilize our professional surveying services. Clients include municipalities, county governments, private land developers and builders, commercial construction contractors, as well as civil engineers and architects. Duties include, but are not limited to, full-cycle project management, direct and continual contact with clients on project updates, proposal writing, invoicing, scheduling/tracking, reporting, and attending regular staff project status/update meetings.

The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, experience, and qualities:

• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Capable learning new project management software
• Creating estimates/proposals and invoices
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to maintain accurate and current project status
• Ability to make deliveries and pick-ups
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player under all conditions
• Ability to perform all duties with integrity and respect at all times
• Surveying and/or Engineering knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of the platting process and industry terminology helpful

ASSOCIATE OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE RELATED TO LAND SURVEYING (I.E. CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING, ETC.) IS A PLUS.

VERIFIABLE REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.

PAY: $25.00+ BASED ON EXPERIENCE
