Entry level billing position! Must be comfortable with Excel and general calculations.
Job Duties/Description:
- Review documents from NAVL agencies for customer shipment.
- Update billing logs.
- Create invoices for customer that includes services performed by all agencies involved in the shipment.
- Create invoice by using Estimator Worksheets in Excel.
- Sends invoices to customer and hit deadline of invoicing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required - Associate's degree preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of standard software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- A professional, customer sensitive attitude is required.
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $40k ($19.23/hr)
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (8 hour days with an hour lunch)
- Flexible start times between 7:00am-9:00am & end times 4:00pm-6:00pm.
