Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering phones and helping customers
- Interact with insurance companies, handling photos, invoices, phone calls and other requests
- Help keep workflow organized by scheduling, ordering, billing, receivable collections and providing follow-up support for the Body Shop and front office as needed
- Assist the manager with various tasks as needed
