Job Description
We are looking for an eager to learn Title / Billing Clerk to join our growing team! Previous bank teller or book keeping experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submit on time
- Processing all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles
- Processing all registration for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Processing all license plate issuing and transfers
- Maintain titles and for new and used inventory
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
- Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of general office experience
- A High School Diploma
- Must work well on a team!
- Willingness to come in and learn / has a positive attitude!
- Detail oriented and mathematically competent
- Intermediate proficiency with computer programs
- Microsoft Excel competency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred: Previous dealership experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with dealer management software
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $20/hr-$22/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00PM flexibility for drop off or pick duties!
- Location: Onsite, North West Minneapolis area
- Type: Direct hire
