Essential Functions:
- Act as Ambassador for the company
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Meet sales goals through inside sales.
- Demonstrate ability to work from phone script.
- Maintain and grow established business.
- Initiate cold calls to create new business.
- Demonstrate knowledge of product lines
Required Skills/Abilities
- HS diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Proven record of positive sales performance and/or strong customer service background
- Must be thorough and detail oriented when performing all aspects of the job.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn product lines.
- Demonstrate sales ability with drive to close the sale.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP preferred)
- Must possess strong organizational skills.

- Employees will respond to both internal and external customers by returning phone calls, checking e-mails, responding to requests and working collaboratively with other departments. Communicate in a manner that is clear, concise and facilitates the organizational goals. Communication will be accomplished in a timely manner and will ensure that all parties have a firm understanding of the message(s) being communicated.

- The employee recognizes customer satisfaction as a priority and has made ongoing efforts to assist both internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.
