JK Shop Sales Specialist

Essential Functions:

• Act as Ambassador for the company
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
• Meet sales goals through inside sales.
• Demonstrate ability to work from phone script.
• Maintain and grow established business.
• Initiate cold calls to create new business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product lines

Required Skills/Abilities

• HS diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Proven record of positive sales performance and/or strong customer service background
• Must be thorough and detail oriented when performing all aspects of the job.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn product lines.
• Demonstrate sales ability with drive to close the sale.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP preferred)
• Must possess strong organizational skills.

Communication will be accomplished in a timely manner and will ensure that all parties have a firm understanding of the message(s) being communicated.
