Jewelry Sales Associate/ Social Media Specialists

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Jewelry Sales Associate/Social Media specialist to help with our in-store sales as well as our Social media presence The right candidate will have a welcoming personality to greet customers, process customer orders, and manage all Social Media accounts. The role will involve both the routine processing of orders received, providing excellent customer service, and the longer-term development of the online retail business, including sourcing of new products and development of new sales channels. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and identify customers' needs
• Help the customer identify the right high-end jewelry they are looking for
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Creating and managing Social Media content calendars
• Developing and implementing Social Media campaigns to promote products, services, or events
• Monitoring and analyzing Social Media performance using analytics tools
• Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing 

Skills

• Proven working experience in Jewelry retail sales as well as Social Media
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•  Proficiency in advertising and Social Media marketing techniques
• Strong understanding of branding and its impact on Social Media presence
• Knowledge of e-commerce principles and strategies for driving online sales
• Ability to research to identify target audiences and create targeted content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective public relations
• Proficiency in English/Spanish is a must
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
