Employees build and foster client relations, drive sales, showcase handmade high-end jewelry, maintain gallery inventory and merchandising.
The right applicant should be extremely self-motivated with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Fusion dedicates the time to train their employees the ends and outs of glassblowing, jewelry design and artists backgrounds. All applicants must be able to lift 25 pounds, climb an 8ft ladder and have basic computer skills. Sales and customer service experience are required. A 4-year college degree is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.
After 90 days, bonuses are offered for exceeded sale goals! We also compensate for the seasonal shuttle commute.
