Fine Jewelry Sales Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Fine Jewelry pieces
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of our jewelry
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including display cases and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers

Skills:
- Previous experience in Jewelry Sales or a similar retail sales role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to each customer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of technical aspects of Jewelry Sales, such as gemstone characteristics, metal types, etc., is advantageous

Salary: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
