We, Cinter Career, are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter (100% Remote)!

What will you do :

• Communicate with clients to understand/negotiate qualification criteria for candidates and hiring schedule and plan, including proper interviewing methods for each position.
• Update clients on the hiring status.
• Contact companies with potential and develop new customers.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
• Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media.
• Source and contact passive candidates online
• Network with candidates and prospective clients.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Supporting each other with team members to grow company business, including coaching and mentoring other team members.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
