We, Cinter Career, are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter (100% Remote)!
What will you do :
- Communicate with clients to understand/negotiate qualification criteria for candidates and hiring schedule and plan, including proper interviewing methods for each position.
- Update clients on the hiring status.
- Contact companies with potential and develop new customers.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media.
- Source and contact passive candidates online
- Network with candidates and prospective clients.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
- Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Supporting each other with team members to grow company business, including coaching and mentoring other team members.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
