Janitorial Supervisor

This position will lead and participate in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
Essential Functions

• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker is responsible for directing smaller work groups
• This employee will run and lead the shift in the absence of the Supervisor
• While disciplinary authority is not given to this position, it is expected that the Lead will report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations

Qualifications

• One year of similar experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
