Business Intelligence Developer
Are you looking for a place to use your technical skills to improve people’s lives? As a BI Developer within the Data Analytics function, you will be responsible for supporting the reporting and analytics needs of stakeholders across the organization, from finance to HR and talent acquisition. You will develop solutions and provide insights that will improve business leaders’ ability to make data-driven decisions.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs that will facilitate data-driven decision making
- Create and own solutions from requirement gathering to implementation
- Build ETL pipelines, datasets, and visualization tools in order to: identify and predict workforce trends; monitor KPIs; and assist with the development and implementation of workforce management and retention programs
- Combine data from multiple sources into data models to meet the specific reporting and analysis needs of business leaders
- Provide tools, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Enhance and automate existing processes to optimize data-delivery
- Continuously monitor data in HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and completeness through auditing
- Support other strategic initiatives for advanced analytics as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on Business Intelligence
- Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL, including writing queries and/or stored procedures
- Experience working with data in MS SQL Server or other relational database software
- Experience working with human resources data a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask under pressure
