Work with Operational Support staff to develop tools to improve operational tasks and efficiency.
Collaborate with Operational Support staff to set specifications for new processes/applications.
Work with Operational Support staff to create and track development timeline.
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
Develop technical documents accurately represent utilization of developed/improved tools.
Utilize reporting solutions to gather raw data and present in meaningful formats to aid in market analysis.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Work with Operational Support staff to prioritize needs of both internal and external requests.
Identify and define new data process improvement opportunities.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Familiar in programming languages such as Python, Perl, Shell Scripting
Familiar with database management systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with concepts in software development and testing
Knowledge of computer networks
Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
