JOB SUMMARY: Support the general IT helpdesk requests and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our SalesForce CRM environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to I.T. in a Salesforce and general system capacity.
- Implement new application and system technologies.
- Modify and adjust rules and workflows in Salesforce.com.
- Audit and maintain data in various I.T. systems.
- Analyze data and offer recommendations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
- Provide end user support for login and password requests.
- Maintain user accounts for various I.T. Systems.
- Ensure documentation and procedures are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in various CRM projects.
- Work with various departments to maintain efficient solutions.
- Oversee and help manage various data compliance.
- Participate in the development and execution of test plans.
- Troubleshoot system issues and errors, communicate status of corrective actions.
