This position is located in the Franklin/Cool Springs area.
The responsibilities of a Technology Services Level Two Technician are to provide advanced diagnosis, repair, troubleshooting, and maintain computer and software systems for Traditions Health LLC. Their duties may include handling escalated repair or replace requests, performing tests on new hardware or software, installing new equipment, creating support tickets, and logging resolutions. This position reports to the hardware services lead.
Job Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in a computer related field or 2 years of previous experience required.

- Experience providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting

- Understanding of User Identity and Access Management, including creating and deleting user accounts and groups
- Ability to respond to requests in a proactive and timely manner
- Ability to provide support to in-house and remote users
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Network support experience
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
Travel: ~10% as needed.
Environmental and Working Conditions:
Works in various settings and office environments, promoting functioning and coordination with all agency activities to ensure the highest level of professional care. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Physical and Mental Effort:
Must be able to work under stressful conditions and time constraints of the agency or projects. Work requires sitting for extended periods, bending, and stretching for files and office supplies. May occasionally require lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Must be able to lift, move, and install computer equipment as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to escalated customer calls, e-mails, voicemails, IM, and resolve advanced issues
- Identify and initiate proactive, essential solutions that improve efficiency and/or effectiveness
- Assist Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Ensure tickets and monitoring alerts are handled per pre-defined SLAs for response time, updates, and closure
- Assist the Technology Services Engineers and cross-functional teams in the resolution of technology-related issues for all supported platforms
- Prepare devices for deployment to end users, organize and schedule deployment time along with assisting the end user in transferring all their data and re-install software manually as required
- Provide support for technology-related projects as needed
