It Support Technician, Level 2

Joining our growing IT Infrastructure team. We are looking for a Level 2, IT Support Technician to assist our employees. This role will be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:

• Function as the primary escalation point for technology issues that are unable to be resolved by level 1 staff
• Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of supported services
• Provide training to level support technicians
• Provide 'on-site' support, as needed or required
• Manage and maintain Ansible
• Push software to thin clients via Ansible
• Manage and maintain Jira
• May be responsible for project work collaborating with other teams

What You Will Have:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office platform
• Knowledge of the Azure platform
• Knowledge of the AWS platform
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with Jira
• 4 years of experience in enterprise IT
• High school diploma
