IT Support Technician (Part-Time)

The Support Technician reports to the VP of System Solutions who is also the lead network engineer and will work closely with client locations to support infrastructure systems and devices. Will work in both educational and business environments.
Part-Time: Integrated is looking for someone seeking to work 16-24 hours weekly. Potential to develop into full-time position. Extra hours may be available if part-time Support Technician is able to sub when other techs may be absent, attending training, or projects need additional technical support.
Salary Range: Salary dependent upon experience and/or skillset. $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities/Job Summary:
- Receives requests for IT support on applications, hardware, peripherals, and data by Helpdesk, phone, email, text notification, and in person, and carefully documents requests and tracks progress through resolution and end user satisfaction.
- Demonstrated strong IT problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and project a calm, patient demeanor in stressful situations.
- Understanding of common IT systems, software, hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to assist and train end users to solve problems and increase their self-reliance.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, diligently address difficult problems, and quickly adapt to business needs.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive to various clients in greater Cincinnati.
- Must be adaptable, flexible, with a growth mindset.
Educational Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree in technology related field preferred; Associate degree in technology would be considered.
Current working job knowledge/proficiency in:
- Experience with Mac, iPad, Windows, and Chromebooks.
- Experience with Mobile device management systems.
- Experience with Office 365 and Google admin.
- Basic understanding of windows server management.
- Network switch experience a plus but not required.

Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in technology support position preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to get FBI and CBI Background Checks, Safe Parish Training, and Drug Screening.
