We have divisions in Mercer, Van Wert and Paulding Counties in Ohio and are looking for an IT Systems & Support Technician I to join our team. This position will be based in our Van Wert, Ohio location.
The primary objective of this position is to provide Tier 1 support for a wide variety of technology used company wide.
SHIFT HOURS: Part-time 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Flexible - 18 to 28 hours/wk) - Initial training will be completed on 1st shift hours
STARTING HOURLY RATE: From $16.25/hr

Job Functions:
- Configure, deploy, and support PCs, laptops, printers, software, mobile devices, office phones, audio/video equipment, and other technologies.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer and network systems, software, and hardware utilizing internal helpdesk ticketing software.
- Perform Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune management tasks such as user administration, group management, and mobile device management (MDM) deployments.
- Utilize the organization's software deployment system and PC imaging system.
- Train and orient team members on the use of company hardware and software.
- Repair hardware and software, as necessary.
- Maintain documentation for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Assist with and help troubleshoot the organization's wired network infrastructure, including doing basic switch configuration tasks and terminating network cabling.
- Willing to learn and attend training to keep up with internal processes and changes in technology.
