Key Responsibilities:

In the role of IT Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide responsive technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring network performance.
• Implement IT security measures and monitor for breaches or intrusions.
• Support staff with hardware and software, ensuring optimal usability.
• Manage user accounts across various platforms and programs.
• Offer training to staff to enhance technology utilization.
• Run technical aspects of team meetings.
• Ensure efficient and up-to-date equipment is available and operational.
• Lead IT-related tasks and contribute to system update projects.
• Collaborate with different departments to meet their technology needs.
