- Configure website settings and and identify and resolve website/software issues.
- Provide expertise in setup/troubleshooting of new and existing network.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network connectivity, and software applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain firewall security measures to protect company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT issues and implement solutions.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and systems.
- Experience providing desktop support in a Windows environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Proficient in Google suite (Sheets, Docs).
- Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
