The It Support Specialist's primary focus providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with the maintenance of our SaaS applications, network connections and infrastructure for Centri Business Consulting, LLC ("the Firm").
Core Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software including imaging, computer upgrades, software installations, audio/visual support, and inventory management.
- Work with and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 systems (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams Phone, SharePoint).
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with SaaS applications and VPN/SDP connections.
- Work to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
- Effectively monitor the Firm's system performance and recommend any enhancements for better performance.
- Staying apprised of latest technology trends and developments for continuous learning.
- Assist with Network/Systems Administration.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and employee information.
- Support Firm initiatives and development opportunities.
- Work to build relationships and promote collaboration in a hybrid environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint
- Experience with SaaS application support
- Experience with network connection support

Education and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or significant clerical duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A+, Security+, and Network+ certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.
- Travel will be 5% of the time when necessary.
