It Technical Support Specialist

Seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to support Office 365 / Active Directory, Windows OS, build, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Printers, Scanners, and other peripheral devices. The successful candidate will have a broad Technical Support background and the ability to work seamlessly with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed by TW Metals.

• Provide ongoing day-to-day support to our Help Desk and end users
• Support the IT Systems Administrator

• Support the Office 365 suite, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows OS, and various other devices.
• Assist with Technical and AV support for Corporate Conferences
• Build and Troubleshoot Windows Workstations, Tablets and Phones
• Support Hosted Teams Environment and various Video Conference Rooms
• Perform infrastructure maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Positive attitude and works well with others
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in the shortest possible time
• Keeps up with Industry knowledge and trends

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related experience
