Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for multipleIT Support Technicians who have experience setting up workstations and imaging desktops. This is a full time long term contract. Connection offers a complete benefits package for our full time, W-2 contractors.
Shift: M-F, First Shift with opportunities for occasional OT
Job Duties:
- Use company online system to keep track of assets and inventory.
- Migrate and deploy Windows 10 machines.
- Able to troubleshoot / assemble printers and desktops and basic network infrastructure.
- Responsible for unboxing, setting up and putting back in the box (lifting up to 50 lbs max)
Responsibility:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience doing Windows 10 deployments / migrations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on servers, network equipment when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license
- Experience troubleshooting on Windows 10 / Office 2013/16 preferred.
- Be open to getting (or proving you have them) a variety of tests and vaccines such as:
- Flu Shot, TB Test, Drug Screen, Background Check, MMR vaccine (measles), Varicella Vaccine (chicken pox), Tdap vaccine (tetanus).
- Certifications are a plus.
