Edgewood Retirement Community, Inc. is looking for a part time IT Support Specialist to act as a resource to the residents and staff of our community. The position provides support for all IT systems and technologies - serving as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. This position provides excellent customer service, resolves IT service issues, escalates as appropriate and documents issues and resolutions. This includes technical support for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, networking equipment and telephone systems), software applications, software/hardware installs, breaks and fixes, system configurations and proactively responding to work requests. The position will work 20-24 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 & above, Apple iOS use for phone, iPads and iCloud, use of remote support and desktop sharing technology, use and support of Microsoft Office Suite, and network support and administration in Windows Active Directory.
