Responsibilities:
Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Act as a liaison between executives and The IT Org.
Confidence and Professionalism: Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with executives and team members. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Meeting Support: Facilitate seamless execution of executive meetings by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and productive meeting experience.
Proactive Approach: Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise.
Learning Agility: Demonstrate a strong desire and eagerness to learn. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools as needed.
Technical Competence: Possesses technical acumen to independently navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Collaborate with the IT department when necessary to address more complex technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Desktop Support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Technical proficiency with a willingness to expand knowledge as needed.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
