We are seeking a skilled IT Support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-User Support:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems. - Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Administrative:
- Purchase hardware
- Contact IT suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
