We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with prior IT staffing experience to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Verge IT you will play a pivotal role in driving new growth and expanding our client base. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and possess the discipline to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target new clients within the IT industry who require staffing solutions, including Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent positions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
New Client Onboarding: Lead the process of onboarding new clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Networking: Leverage your existing network and contacts in the IT industry to access new clients and opportunities.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and job opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT staffing and Business Development, with a track record of successfully bringing in new clients and job opportunities such as Programmers, Developer, Project Management, ERP, Administration/Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, networking as an example.
- Existing portfolio of new clients or a network of contacts in the IT industry that can be readily accessed.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
