Description:
NYBE is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist – Senior to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing an enterprise electronic licensing system using Microsoft ASP.Net technology to support various systems, including the Office of Cannabis Management Universal Applications Back Office and True Parties of Interest, SLA Back Office Licensing System, DOS Corporation Business Formation System, and DOS Corporation Appearance Enhancement system. The successful candidate will integrate these systems with the NY Business Express System.
NYBE is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist – Senior to join our team. Provide a list of the day to day tasks :
- Development:
- Write, test, and deploy applications using Microsoft .Net.
- Implement features and enhancements for NYBE Backoffice.
- Collaboration:
- Work with BAs, architects, and developers for project support.
- Facilitate agency onboarding and gather input.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct application training for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and address user queries.
- Release Management:
- Plan and execute release activities.
- Coordinate successful application "Go-Live."
Position Mandatory Qualification:
- Works in Information Technology, specializing in the usage and support of development platforms, technical architectures, and business applications beyond the scope of a Programmer.
- 60 - 84 Months of experience.
- Capable of independent work without assistance.
- Provides guidance to others.
- May have advanced education.
List all the Position Requested Qualifications:
- 72 months experience as lead developer of web-based systems using Microsoft .Net Core, Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, Node, Bootstrap framework.
- 72 months experience in .NET programming, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET-C#, .NET Core 3.0 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, Angular (v4 to v11), REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger.
- 72 months experience in Microsoft/Oracle technologies of a variety of computer languages, create navigation structures and information designs; construct prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design to business analysts & enterprise architecture team to include developing a graphic design that communicates the ideas being promoted by the requirements.
- 60 months experience performing gap analysis and design solutions to support growing business needs, build and maintain design system/pattern libraries that align with business strategies and objectives, and collaborate with architects, developers, analysts to meet project objectives.
- 72 months experience in developing and supporting JavaScript AJAX and C# .Net applications including JQuery and DOM manipulation.
- 72 months experience work with software languages: .NET C# / SQL Server/ Oracle/ jQuery/ HTML5/ JavaScript/ Angular/ Bootstrap/ CSS/ C++/ Java/ PHP/ Python/ Scala.
- 72 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in an Oracle or MSSQL database.
- 60 months experience with Git, as well as build systems, writing and using automated tests scripts.
- 60 months experience in providing technical support for production software systems. Including debugging customer issues, diagnosing performance issues, review error logs, oversee source code repositories and software configurations.
- 12 months of experience in Windows IIS administration.
