Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Respond to support cases quickly and efficiently
• Setup and manage workstations for new hires
• Create and update SOPs for IT Specialist tasks
• Make project time-to-complete estimates, follow up by tracking project time and tasks in our project management software

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience: 

• Primary working OS is Mac
• Proficient in troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills; professionalism
• Experience with Windows OS
• System administration exposure
• Quick learner
• Bonus skills:
  • SQL knowledge and experience (preferred MSSQL)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Experience with Crestron/A/V systems
  • Technical certificates (ITIL, AWS, MCSE, etc.)
  • Office365 administration experience
  • Meraki/Cisco (networking) experience
