This position provides support for technology Practice Leads and Solution Architects by creating design, labor pricing and statements of work content to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients creating sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Design Task Management:
- Manage opportunity tasks in a timely manner, with accuracy, and ensure follow through.
- Assist with gathering client current state data through client communication and meetings, system reports, and manufacture data.
- Create bill of material quotes through manufacture tools using design input received from Solution Architects, Account Executives and client information gathering.
- Gather information from partner ecosystem for the purpose of completing designs for client solutions.
Solution Architect Support:
- Manage CRM opportunity information by attaching documents and inputting data to support the movement through selling stages.
- Understand Cerium's Modern Day Selling Motions roles and responsibilities to support opportunity growth and deal closure.
- Produce Statements of Work through the generation tool and add general content to expedite the Solution Architects ability to complete and deliver to client.
- Support client meetings and demos by ensuring Solution Architects have the information and system configuration necessary to present.
Development:
- Complete industry and manufacture certifications as outline within individual development plan.
- Shadow Solution Architects and Engineers for the purpose of learning not only product information but implementation and support best practices.
- Display intellectual curiosity for the business outcomes Cerium's solutions provide to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Associate Degree of Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience with industry certifications.
- Working knowledge of Cerium's processes, procedures and policies
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CRM databases including Dynamics (preferred) or equivalent
- Strong organizational, prioritization and follow through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Decisiveness and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
- Coachable mindset with drive for development.
Compensation
- $60,000-$70,000 per year
- Eligible for bonus incentives after 6 months of employment
- Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
