IT Risk & Controls Projects Manager
Summary:
The Information Technology Risk & Controls team performs a first line control function within the Information Technology department, partnering with first-line operational teams to identify, manage, and properly mitigate technology risk.
The IT Risk Project Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate IT Risk Management efforts and initiatives, in such fields as identity and access management, internal and external risk assessments, and policy and procedure documentation, among others, as well as provide support to both the IT team and other areas within the firm on IT Risk related matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage projects and ongoing initiatives supporting the IT Risk Management function, specifically:
- Planning, implementation, and ongoing support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.
- Support IT through execution of selected first-line controls as appropriate, such as user access reviews.
- Facilitate annual refresh of existing IT policy, standard, and process documentation.
- Facilitate creation of new IT procedure documentation with various IT stakeholders.
- Support the firm’s annual SOC1 certification by facilitating testing and evidence production for technology controls.
- Support ad-hoc reviews and risk assessments by 3rd parties.
Basic Experience:
- 8 years’ professional experience required.
- Experience within the identity and access management domain generally, with specific experience in implementation and ongoing management of SailPoint or other identity management platforms.
- Project management experience required
- Investment Management and Risk Management domain experience
Preferred Experience
- 10+ years’ professional experience
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
