Overview
This position will require a thorough management and understanding of estimating and scheduling services, strong contract management skills, document control, and project management information systems (PMIS). Provide oversight of contracts, project and program documentation, and quality control of all program deliverables with a high attention to detail in the above. Support the Program Team, and coordinate with other Project Controls disciplines such as scheduling, estimating, documents control, and cost controls.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently inspects the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions, while wearing personal protective equipment. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. The worker is subject to both environmental conditions due to work activities occurring both inside and outside.
Physical Requirements
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The position also may also be sitting for long periods of time.
Travel Requirement
Travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Valid Motor Vehicle Record with no restrictions or suspensions. Ability to drive a motorized vehicle.

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $165,000 - $195,000. The Company's salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The annual base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, in the Company's discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage multiple work elements of varied complexity and work with teams of stakeholders, ensuring all are satisfied with the resulting products that meet requirements
- Need to be proactive and competent in relaying information and instructing users on how best to interact with new and updated processes or software they may not have familiarity with using
- Manage projects to ensure all Project Controls disciplines involved in the project are efficient and executed with an exceptional level of accuracy, timeliness, and cost effectiveness
- Direct, lead and be accountable for all Project Controls needs on a project/program
- Oversee and ensure accuracy and quality of data, reports, documents, and other project/program deliverables
- Create customized solutions for a varied range of issues using all tools available and independently researching additional solutions when needed
- Monitor the use of the final product and confirm relevancy to the current needs. Pivot the approach if utilization is lower than expected
- Streamline internal and client processes and secure data to the cloud whenever possible
- Confer with the Project Controls team on lessons learned, ways to improve our methods, and methods of marketing services to new internal and external entities
- Proactively manage the training and professional development of Project Controls employees through cross training
- Lead and/or support the training of project staff on Project Controls on an ongoing basis and as required
- Work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and program managers to assist in any company, division, and/or business unit goals
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Substantially contribute to business development efforts for assigned projects including the preparation of interview/RFQ response materials and presentations for new work. Serve as a technical source of information
- Attend and support interview process and project/program kick-off meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or IT and at least 5 years of related work experience is required
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and full Microsoft Suite is required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- SSRS, DAX, Power BI, Power Pivot is desired
- Experience working with Senior decision makers is required
- Ability to work independently and proactively with others is required
- Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills; including the ability to influence, negotiate and explain complex processes to clients and staff is required
- Knowledge of commercial construction and design is strongly preferred
