REPORTS TO: People Operations Manager
Responsibilities
IT
- Providing technical support to employees
- LIaising with our Managed Services Provider to assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Assisting with network and system administration tasks.
- Assisting with IT projects, such as software deployments or hardware upgrades.
- Documenting IT processes and procedures.
Office Admin
- Assist the Operations team with office maintenance, which includes keeping common areas tidy, ensuring a fully stocked
- Ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about the opportunity for hands-on learning as our only in-house IT person
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Previous internship or work experience in IT is a plus.
