Sales/ Office Administration
Duties:
- Operate POS system/ cash register
- Assist customers in placing orders/ scheduling deliveries
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in sales / administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
