SalaryWe are looking for a Patient Scheduler to join our pediatric therapy team at our Chicago, IL center. As a Patient Scheduler, your role is pivotal in creating a great end-to-end client experience. You'll learn to understand client needs and how you—along with our teams—can harness our multidisciplinary environment to ensure client satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm

Does this sound like you?
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, customer-service role.
- You've previously managed appointment scheduling for a medical office, coordinating with professionals and clients.
- You have excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills.
- Those who know you describe you as having unflappable patience and compassion. Autism affects each person in diverse ways, and you will need to provide consistent, calm care and follow-up.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude.

Your role as a Patient Scheduler:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Coordinate the therapists' schedule at the beginning of each week based on clients' needs and the therapists' productivity requirements
- Send welcome email packets to new client families
- Review client's account to accuracy and document all client communication
- Maintain daily volume of phone calls and emails
- Attends weekly huddle meetings in center
- Ensure that any service inquiries are answered and that follow-up is made as needed
