Responsibilities
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for the assignment and tracking of equipment from the Information Technology Department.
- Provide first level support to the organizations users via phone and Email using Help Desk tickets.
- Performs complex and diversified projects in support of the activities and operations of the assigned areas.
Qualifications
A. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- Associate degree in a related area
B. Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business office
- One year as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
- A minimum of 1 year of Technical School or Help Desk experience is preferred.
- May substitute 2 additional years of experience for Associate degree.
- Mastery of essential general office procedures
- Healthcare terminology and systems preferred.
C. Professional Requirements:
- Skilled in extracting and compiling technical data; report format for tables, graphs, slides, and statistical reports.
- Self-starter and effective problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Displays professional demeanor and maintains confidentiality.
