IT Support / Help Desk (1+ yrs exp. req.) Description
Our client is looking for IT Support / Help Desk Support to add to their team near Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers’ technical issues and will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance with desktops, computer systems, software, etc., resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Our client is looking for someone with at least one (1) year of IT technical support or Help Desk experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services. IT Support / Help Desk Support (1+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
• Respond to customer support tickets promptly, escalate tickets as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, hardware and software
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or higher-level support staff
• Install, migrate, and configure Windows 10/11 computers
• Provide support for Microsoft applications (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, responding in a timely fashion
• Actively collaborate in the development and maintenance of IT support processes
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
IT Support / Help Desk Support (1+ yrs exp. req.) Qualifications
• 1+ years of IT technical support or Help Desk experience required
• Basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems experience required
• Microsoft 365 services (Office, OneDrive, SharePoint) end-user support experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (Entra/Azure) required
• Understanding of basic concepts of DHCP, DNS, GPOs and networking solutions required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
