It Hardware Asset Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTIONSkiltrek is looking for a short term IT Hardware Asset Analyst to join their team. This candidate will help with a technical consolidation project and also run point with the team while the manager is on leave. A typical day to day will include receiving and setting up laptops/hardware replacements or terminations. They will also be taking inventory in ServiceNow and completing other various IT tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive and passionate about a career in IT, and be able to operate independently in an enterprise level environment.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE* 1-2+ years of related Hardware Asset Management.
* Moderate Experience using Microsoft Excel, and similar tools
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the objective of delivering a positive customer experience
* Proven ability to collaborate, and build relationships, including external vendors and service providers
* Proficient in using Windows 10/11 and macOS Operating Systems
* Must be able to perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAn understanding of End Point Management tools such as InTune and Jamf
Experience with ServiceNow
