Job Description
* Moderate Experience using Microsoft Excel, and similar tools
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the objective of delivering a positive customer experience
* Proven ability to collaborate, and build relationships, including external vendors and service providers
* Proficient in using Windows 10/11 and macOS Operating Systems
* Must be able to perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAn understanding of End Point Management tools such as InTune and Jamf
Experience with ServiceNow
