Elevate your career as an IT Business Analyst with us! Responsibilities:
Act as the information source for IT systems, bridging communication between business functional areas.
Support the successful delivery of current IT projects, including parts e-commerce capability using Shopify and ERP system optimization.
Collaborate with leadership to interpret business goals and find technological solutions.
Develop executive/management dashboards and enhance business reporting from the new ERP system.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice procedures.
Work closely with managers and end users to understand business needs and recommend IT solutions.
Improve the quality of IT products and services through defining objectives, analyzing design, evaluating effectiveness, and implementing new technologies.
Foster cross-functional cooperation to meet company goals and maintain a positive team environment.

Project management for successful IT project delivery.
Evaluation, planning, and implementation of additional ERP system modules.
Analyze technical systems and business models.
Identify and resolve issues, source and implement new business technology.
