SalaryJob Duties:
- Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Focus on SAP MM/EWM and other related IT systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical problems.
- Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Work closely with system users to identify Warehouse Management business requirements, document functional needs, and communicate these to IT solution teams for further discussion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for SAP MM/EWM; conduct training sessions for key users and local management, ensuring thorough understanding and proper use of the system.
- Other Project Support: Actively support system testing, change management, and other crucial activities in IT projects, contributing to successful implementation and adoption.
- Partnership Development: Foster strong collaborative relationships with business units and IT team members to optimize the efficiency of SAP MM/EWM systems.

- Business Process Understanding: Exhibit a robust understanding of business processes, working effectively with IT teams to meet business objectives.
- SAP MM/EWM Customization: Ability to independently customize SAP MM/EWM specific processes is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, particularly in SAP MM/EWM and other systems.
- SAP Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP key-user or in a similar system support role.
- Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant warehouse business processes.
- SAP Integration Understanding: Familiarity with the integration points among various SAP Modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Bilingual English and Chinese preferred
