Our firm continues to experience growth in client acquisition while maintaining best in class client retention. We are seeking to augment our sales staff to supplement the attainment of new clients as well as respond to the organic upselling of our existing clients at both ICS and DTEL.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers (leads provided)
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline (very attainable quota)
- Perform discovery tasks needed to formulate proposals
- Document sales funnel and sales lifecycle in company CRM
- Formulate sales proposals to present to prospects
- Submit paperwork for on-boarding new products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales in telephony, IT, AV or other fields related to IT and Telephony
- Report to office in Gastonia; not a remote sales position
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
