Form of workThe Account Executivewill solicit business and help establish business relationships with potential partner brokers for the Community Savings Third Party Mortgage Loan Origination channel.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calling potential partner brokers in assigned geographical regions.
- Communicating with potential partner brokers and gathering information about a client’s scope, budgets and timelines.
- Utilize various sources both provided by CS and available online to identify and prioritize a partner broker’s potential production.
- Track sales activities as prescribed by the Business Development Leaders.
- Communicates an overview of Community Savings Non-QM mortgage programs.
- Communicates an overview of Community Savings loan process.
- Follows up as needed to ensure brokers complete the broker approval process.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- 1-3 years in telephone sales environment.
- Proficient on multiple technology platforms including MS Office, Excel, and knowledge of Meridian Link Mortgage software a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to quickly move between systems.
- Strong research skills and ability to process and analyze data quickly.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
