iTest, Inc. is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our team. We are currently looking for Quality Assurance Manager. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
To be successful as a Quality Assurance Manager candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. An ideal candidate will have the following qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experience or equivalent as Quality Assurance in the Semiconducting industry
- Must be a US citizen or U.S Permanent Resident. This position requires handling of the product or the information which is subject to ITAR regulations.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have a team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership.
- Follows all specifications and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Desire to meet the needs of others.
- Can work independently without much guidance.
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001QMS and ISO 17025
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Create systems to manage company documents and ensure all documents are up to date
- Overall responsibilities for maintaining ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management in addition to overseeing internal quality manufacturing management
- Ensure the organization’s Quality Management Systems conform to Customer, Internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Ensure evaluation of and reporting on vendor quality systems.
- Ensure all audit responses are closed out in a proper and timely manner
- Manage and monitor the company’s internal process that may affect the quality of the organization’s products/services.
- Work with customers, employees, vendors, and outsourcing firms to ensure quality is met
- Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions,) including the need for improvement.
- Conduct periodic management review meetings.
- Manages and maintains document control for agency compliance, training records, calibration logs.
- Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of tester and equipment.
- Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed.
- Ensures work areas are kept clean and free of debris.
- Develops and implements quality management system organizational processes, documentation, and records
- Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.
- Train employees on how to use and access the documents.
- Develop procedures so that they are standardized.
