ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior ISC Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology. You will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team (30-45) in achieving safety, quality, cost and delivery goals in the Redmond, WA Honeywell Aerospace production facility. You will report directly to the senior operations manager. Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned value stream related matters
- Directly supervise production operators.
- Manage and monitor value stream performance metrics against goals, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure targets are met
- Drive productivity improvements and a continuous improvement culture.
- Establish a safe operational environment.
- Enforce compliance to quality management system.
- Review quality output and coach team improvements
- Develop employees and manage talent actively.
- Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams
- Shift: 3rd Shift, weekly hours 10:30p-7a Pacific (Must be able to work 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks)
- 100% Onsite
The salary range for this position is $85,000-105,000 + applicable shift pay. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of supervisory/operations experience

- Demonstrated ability in using six sigma tools - Green Belt, DFSS, Black Belt, or Lean -

- Efficient with SAP software
- Communicates information with clarity and directness
- Relevant leadership experiences
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
