In this full-time, direct hire Production Supervisor role you will be supervising swing shift employees, ensuring production speeds are met, and participating in the production process.
Production Supervisor Job Duties:
- Oversee, coach, and train shift personnel
- Ensure parts are ran as scheduled and work instructions are followed
- Perform quality checks on parts
- Support with part production during shift
Pay: $25-$27
Production Supervisor Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- 1+ year of experience working in manufacturing
- Able to lift 50lbs as needed
- Comfortable using MS Office Suite
- Able to read blueprints
