SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position performs various complex tasks and is utilized to solve more difficult issues arising within the User Support Group. Troubleshoots and problem solves LAN issues. Performs tasks relating to the installation, management and maintenance of Data and Voice networks. Answer incoming calls for the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end user, and route highly complex issues to the appropriate resource.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
- Conversational English/Spanish compentency highly preferred.
- Troubleshoots user support inquiries including but not limited to hardware, software, and telecommunication issues.
- Sets-up, maintains, and troubleshoots laptops and desktops
- Monitors and reports activity within the user support group.
- Performs various changes to user accounts via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Answers incoming calls to the user support group on a rotating basis, solves initial inquiries from end users, and routes the complex inquires to the appropriate resource.
- Sets-up new users on the domain.
- Sets-up, maintains and troubleshoots printers, such as HP LaserJet, Multi-Function, Zebra xi4, and Zebra GX420, etc.
- Sets-up, maintains, and troubleshoots scanners such as TC72.
- Sets-up and troubleshoots mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android related devices.
- Updates and creates internal articles and/or documentation.
- Provides on-call network support, as needed.
- Manages endpoints via Microsoft 365
- Provides audio-visual support.
- Tests and deploys Windows and 3rd party patches globally.
- Creates and tests new system images.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required.
SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with a minimum of five years' work-related experience
- Experience in a call-center environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Ivanti and ServiceNow.
- Able to work beyond normal work schedule.

- Knowledge and understanding of computer software/hardware and their network applications.
- Organizational skills.
- Verbal and written communications skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MCP with networking essentials course.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
