Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing inventory data across our diverse product lines. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, facilitating smooth operations, and supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update inventory data into our database systems, including product descriptions, quantities, locations, and other relevant information.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess inventory performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on inventory status, resolve inquiries, and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive inventory data and information.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to inventory management and control as assigned by management.
- Some travel is required especially in the beginning for training at our headquarters in Florida.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
