Position Summary:
The Inventory Analyst position is a critical role for the Operations and Logistics team, The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure inventory is being tracked, reviewed, and accounted for internally in our ERP System (Netsuite) in conjunction with our 3PL WMS systems. This role will also work directly with Finance, Sales, Marketing to ensure inventory levels and cost factors are adhered to for the full supply chain network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the outbound/inbound flow of goods tracking and confirming lot code accuracy.
- Create processes and structure to address the accurate management of inventories.
- Work directly with the 3PL sites to ensure proper reporting in WMS systems.
- Correct EDI Errors in Celigo and uncover root cause of error to correct.
- Inventory Adjustments in Netsuite to account for inventory level accuracy.
- Conduct year end physical counts and quarterly audits of inventory.
- Analyze and report inventory valuations to all stakeholders.
- Create SOP documentation
- Tender Shipments, Fulfillments and Receipts.
- Demand planning, managing proper inventory levels at each warehouse location.

Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or combination of education and work experience required
- Bachelors degree with a focus in Analytics preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years proven Oracle Netsuite knowledge required
- Proficient in Excel and data analytics
- Ability to problem solve and create solutions
- Warehousing/Inventory Knowledge preferred
- Accounting/Finance Knowledge preferred
