POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Administrative Assistant is responsible to aid in ensuring a seamless process of ordering, receiving, and shipping goods by creating accuracy and consistency in the purchasing, allocation, and follow-up for all retail channels and distribution centers within ULTA.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weekly review and updates to item level forecasts within the forecast and replenishment system
• Track purchase orders for upcoming ads & events, including weekly replenishment and promotional orders leveraging forecasts
• Participate in cross functional meetings
• Collaborate with inventory analyst to ensure appropriate inventory protection across channels
• Provide analytics/insights to support business decisions to optimize sales and productivity
• Actively participate in weekly cross-functional team meetings
• Drive towards maintaining or exceeding KPI goals inclusive of driving sales, margin, and inventory turn and in-stocks
Maintain & send out weekly or event recaps, including updating skus lists & forecasts for the recaps

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• 1-2 years working in retail or related environment. Forecast and Replenishment system knowledge preferred
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills
• Critical thinker, able to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders and influence with data
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail, and capable of multi-tasking
• Willingness to adopt to new process, and be an advocate for change
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with solid proficiency in usage of Excel
• Highly motivated individual with strong initiative and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic, ability to meet tight deadlines/thrive in fast-pace environment
• Professionalism and confidentiality required both internally & externally
• Follows principles & values to do the right thing
• Overtime and weekends as needed.

: The pay range for this position is $19.86 - $25.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
